Standard

  • Our PNW realtors go above and beyond to help their clients feel taken care of during a real estate transaction.

    Whether it’s making an offer on a house or getting the best deal on a home sale, our agents prioritize their clients’ goals & timelines.

  • When it comes to communication with our clients, our agents are known for being responsive and attentive.

    For home buyers, we will immediately set them up on a listing alert so that they’re the first to know when new homes enter the market.

    For home sellers, we actively send updates on how much attention and engagement their listing is getting as well as any requested showings.

  • We are licensed through the NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service) which allows us to upload any media of your listing to be viewed by potential home buyers online.

  • When you hire one of our agents to list your home, you hire the whole team.

    Meaning that if for any reason your agent is unable to host an open house for the day and time you want, one of our other agents can be available to host!

  • Whether you decide to buy or sell with The PNW Team, you’ll be guided through the real estate transaction process with our very own Transaction Tracker.

    The Transaction Tracker is a simple, 8-step system where we will email you what you need to know and have prepared as you progress through the transaction process.

  • Each week we’ll send you a CMA (Custom Market Report) on the areas you’re looking to buy.

    When selling with us, we’ll give regular weekly updates on how much engagement your listing is receiving.

  • When we’re not door-knocking, we’re cold calling. Call us old school!

    Once your home is listed by a realtor on our team, every day we’ll be actively following-up on possible leads who show interest in your property.

    This means that we’ll be inviting you to our VIP events and be the first to know when we do big giveaways!

  • When your home is listed through us, we’ll put up a sign in your front yard that allows for easy contact for any people driving past your property that are interested in learning more.

  • After a listing has been uploaded to the MLS, our marketing team will post the listing for sale on Instagram and Facebook.

    Depending on how much engagement the listing is getting, we may do more additional posts of the listing.

  • We utilize our own in-house photographer for all of our listings.

    After the initial paperwork has been signed, our photographer will drive out to your property at a time that works for you.

    Once there, he or she will get several photos of the exterior and interior of the home.

    Within 48 hours the photos will be ready and uploaded to the MLS, and used for any marketing purposes throughout the duration of the transaction.

Premier

  • All of our services listed under our Standard Commission rate are included with our additional Premier services.

  • After a listing has been on the market for a period of time (1 to 2 weeks), we offer our in-house media team to return to your property to capture and create a highlight video of your property.

    This video can be captured in advance during the photo shoot if necessary.

  • Our in-house media team is FAA certified to ensure that we capture aerial photos of property safely and legally.

    *Note: Some properties may be located within a restrictive air zone which will prohibit us from taking any drone photos or video.

  • With professional photography, our photographer will create a 3D layout of your property with a Matterport camera.

    Matterport virtual tours have become a new standard in real estate marketing that allows for interested buyers to get a deeper look at a property virtually.

  • Through our Premier services, we place an online ad for your listing either on Facebook, Instagram, or Google.

    Any leads gathered from these ads will be syndicated and followed up by the listing agent in a timely manner.

  • As a bonus, we offer the seller the choice of either a home warranty OR a pre-inspection credit for the home buyer as an extra incentive.

    The home pre-inspection would be contracted and paid for by The PNW Team while the home warranty would cover $500 for any maintenance or repair.
